At David Resnick & Associates, PC, our slip and fall injury attorneys and staff take great pride in helping injured people not only recover from their injuries, but also take back their lives. Our founder, David Resnick, Esq., started this firm in 1998 based on the ideals of providing skilled legal representation and caring counsel to each and every client. In fact, Mr. Resnick often visits clients in their homes so that he can fully understand how the trauma has affected each client and the client’s family. Mr. Resnick is committed both to his own family and to his clients.

Born in Manhasset in 1968, Mr. Resnick earned his undergraduate degree from George Washington University. He then returned to his roots, earning his law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. Although his first years of practicing law at large law firms furthered his education and legal skills, this time also left Mr. Resnick disillusioned with the amount of personal attention that the clients of large law firms were receiving. Determined to offer individualized attention to each and every client, he left the world of large law firms and started his own legal practice. Committed to the community, the slip and fall lawyers at David Resnick & Associates, P.C. now fulfill Mr. Resnick’s original ideals from Manhattan offices located on 7th Avenue near Macy’s Department Store and Penn Station.

Admitted to the New York Bar in 1996, Mr. Resnick is also a member of the New York Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He represents clients who are hurt in the five boroughs of New York City -- Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, the Bronx and Long Island.
