Long Island College Hospital EMS is a voluntary hospital within the New York City 911 EMS system that owns and operates a fleet of ambulances and provides services to residents of Brooklyn Heights, DUMBO, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, Downtown Brooklyn, Gowanus and Red Hook. 

The hospital, which is overseen by the Fire Department of New York City, has two basic life-support units and two advanced life-support units, each staffed with fully qualified EMTs and paramedics. They also have a mobile intensive care unit for high-risk services.
