Maimonides Medical Center EMS treats more than 86,000 emergency patients every year.  In addition to an adult emergency department, the medical center also has a pediatric emergency center with its own entrance and waiting room.  Modern CAT scan, X-ray and ultrasound equipment are available. 

The center also features a FastTrack program for patients who need less urgent care.
