Wyckhoff Hospital EMS, located in north Brooklyn, serves residents of the Brooklyn-Queens community, with separate facilities for adult and children emergency patients.  The emergency department has been named an emergency heart station, 911 ambulance destination and designated stroke center. It is currently awaiting word on its status as a trauma center.
